As of 1 December 2010, Nokia has launched MSupport, a customer support service dedicated to operators and corporate customers. The service will focus on support around Nokia’s full range of Series 60 smartphones and business focused solutions and applications such as Mail for Exchange, Microsoft Lync and IBM Lotus Notes Traveller.
“More operators and corporate customers are choosing Nokia as their business mobility partner,” says Scott Smith, Head of Operator Channel for Nokia Middle East & Africa. “With our extensive range of business smartphones and software offerings through collaboration with leading brands, we believe this is the next step in providing unparalleled, all round customer service to our valued operators and corporate customers. “
The aim of M-support is to provide industry expert knowledge on business mobility and Nokia offerings, both pre and post purchase. This will assist operators in the initial solutions sale as well as drive better customer retention through a seamless, fast and convenient customer support process post purchase.
The service will be available through a dedicated help line and e-mail support. The service will operate 5 days a week from 08:00 – 17:30 Sunday to Thursday. Support requests received outside these times will be addressed on the next business day.
The type of assistance provided will include hardware support as well as support queries related to internet connectivity, software updates, viewing documents, browser settings for optimal download speeds and accessing business and productivity apps through Ovi Store.
